Organization founded in 1998. CaLMA is the largest Latino physician
association in the state of California, committed to bringing high-quality,
culturally sensitive health care to the Latino community. We serve as
advocates for our members, patients, and the Californias’ public health.
We are a network of California Medical Professionals whose mission is to
improve the health and promote the well-being of the Latino population in
the state of California. Latino California physicians and allied health
professionals are united in CaLMA’s mission to advocate for positive health
policies and practice guidelines. Our diverse Latino health profession
members are qualified leaders of our communities who struggle to provide
desperately needed healthcare to all members of the Latino family and
community.
